POLICY RETURN DEADLINE:
We accept returns for up to 30 days from the time you receive your order. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have past, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item/items must also be in the original packaging. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PURCHASE BACK TO THE RETURN ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER. Items deemed non-refundable include items returned with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, items with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of your return status. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please check your bank/credit card statement. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted by your institution. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, Please Contact Us and provide a detailed description of your return. We will reply within 48 hours of receiving your inquiry.
